We ask that you please review all orders immediately as claims for return must be submitted within 7 days after receipt. The item must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened, unworn with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase or supply the QR code.
If you received the wrong item or if the package is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace at no cost. Any item being sold in partnership with a nonprofit is not eligible for return.
